  • Please provide the recipient’s name and telephone number so we can get your flowers delivered.
  • Please ensure there is someone at the delivery destination to receive the flowers especially in extreme weather (i.e. hot or sub-zero weather).
  • Charges may apply if the first attempt is unsuccessful.
  • We are not responsible for any packages that may be left at the recipient’s door or building lobby if no one is available for receiving.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds or exchange on plants, flowers, or dried materials, due to the perishable nature of these products.
  • Hard goods may be returned for credit, or exchanged, if returned in original condition and with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
  • All sale priced goods are final purchase.
